2012
     April 1
           • Abstract submission begins
           • Meeting registration begins
           • Request for formal invitation form is available
     September 1
           • Abstract submission ends
     November 1
           • Notifications are sent to submitters
           • Bids to host 2021 Congress are due
     December 1
           • Preliminary program is published

2013
     February 1
           • Presenter registration deadline (presenters must register for the meeting by
           • this date in order to hold their presentation slot)
           • Deadline for changes to abstracts, authors, or presenters
     May 5
           • CONGRESS BEGINS
