Dear Friends,

The Congress Organizing Committee invites you to join us in hosting professional s from around the world at the 12th International Congress on Cleft Lip/Palate and Related Craniofacial Anomalies,   May 5 - 10, 2013 at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

The 1st International Congress was held in the United States in 1969. Convening every 4 years at locations around the world, the Congress is devoted to promoting and facilitating the care of individuals with cleft lip and palate and related craniofacial anomalies.  The 12th International Congress represents only the second time that the United States has hosted this conference.

The Congress will attract over 1200 professionals and professionals-in-training from every corner of the globe.  Advancing the care of affected individuals worldwide is dependent on opportunities such as this, for professionals to exchange research findings and clinical outcomes. Your support of the Congress will contribute greatly to the success of this International endeavor.

As indicated on the attached Pledge Form, there are a number of ways in which you can support the Congress.   As a Premium Sponsor, you will have the opportunity to advertise your company/organization and its products and services to conference attendees.  Your Premium Sponsorship will also fund international scholarships to help professionals-in-training from developing countries attend the meeting.   Opportunities are also available to support the Congress through the sponsorship of educational and social program events.

We look forward to your support of the 12th International Congress.  The Organizing Committee would appreciate your return of the pledge form indicating your support by January 31, 2012.  Your pledge best represents your commitment to the Congress and funds will be due no later than September 1, 2012.
